Sessions are charged at £30.00 an hour
to non-club members and £25.00 to club
members.
Travel expenses are charged at 20p per
mile after the first 15 miles.

If you have suitable space on your own land
and a number of friends wishing to take part in
any of the training offered then the rent-a-
trainer service is designed for you. The cost of
this service can be split between you and your
friends and is available for one off or regular
bookings inc. Saturdays.
